StoneLens supports three classifications: Minerals (quartz, calcite, mica, etc.), Rocks (granite, limestone, etc.), and Gemstones (garnet, ruby, etc.). AI analyzes the characteristics of your photographed specimen and suggests the most likely match.
Each identification result includes a confidence score from 0 to 100%. Accuracy may vary depending on shooting conditions (lighting, angle, focus). We recommend photographing in a well-lit environment from multiple angles. Selecting "High Accuracy" mode in settings provides more detailed analysis.
Yes, an internet connection is required for the AI identification feature. Your photo is sent to an AI server for analysis. However, past identification history and your collection are stored locally on your device, so you can browse them offline.
Yes, you can easily share results in text format from the identification result screen. The shared text includes key information such as the mineral name, confidence score, hardness, and chemical formula, which you can share via social media or messaging apps.
All identification history, collection data, and settings are stored locally on your device. Personal information is never stored on external servers. You can also delete all data from the settings screen at any time.
